This rule amends the Rules of the Supreme Court which came into operation on the 2nd September 1967. Order 49B rule 2 is amended by increasing the support and maintenance allowance of a prisoner for debi from a sum not exceeding five dollars per diem to a sum nor exceeding ten dollars per diem.
