PRISONS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 234).
PRISON (AMENDMENT) RULES 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Prisons Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made ibe follow- ing rules-
1. These rules may be cited as the Prison (Amendment) Rules 1969.
1. Rule 17 of the principal rules is amended by deleting paragraph (2).

Rule 30 of the principal rules is revoked.
4. Rok 31 of the principal rules is amended by deleting “in Council".
$. Rule 42 of the principal rules is revoked.
6. Rule 46 of the principal rules is amended by deleting "în Council",

7. Rule 47 of the principal rules is amended in sub- paragraph (1) of paragraph (a) by deleting "four" and substituting rule 47. the following.........

8. Rule 48 of the principal rules is amended-
(2) in paragraph (5), by deleting "fifteen" and substituting
the following-
"thirty":
(b) by deleting paragraph (e); and
(c) by inserting after paragraph (f) the following-
"(fa) visitors shall not be admitted unless they have satisfied an officer of the Prisons Department. it
so required, as to their identity;",
9. Rule 60 of the principal rules is amended by deleting-
Sunday or"
