PUBLIC LATRINES (CANCELLATION) BY-LAWS 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Public Lutrines (Cancellation) By-laws 1969.

2. The Public Latrines By-laws are hereby cancelled.

Made by the Urban Council this 1st day of April 1969.

(This Nore is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

These by-laws cancel the Public Latrines By-laws which are no longer required because public latrines are now managed by the Urban Council and are subject to the Public Conveniences (Conduct and Behaviou) By-laws.
