DELEGATION OF POWERS.
It is hereby notified that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Chapter 1), the Acting Colonial Secretary did on the 25th day of February 1969 delegate to the Assistant Director of Urben Services (Cultural Services) his powers under section 6 of the City Hall Ordinance (Chapter 328).
