Note: (1) If more than two visits of a sur
veyor or kurveyors to the launch are required before the issue of any cer tificate of survey, except in the case of first survey, the appropriate fee shall be increased by 1/12 in respect of each surveyor for each such visit exceeding
two.
(2) If the duration of any certificate of survey is for less than 12 months, the fee payable shall be 1/12 of the appropriate fee for each month, sub- ject to a minimum fee of 3/12 thereof.
