ESTATE DUTY (FORMS) NOTICE 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Estate Duty Ordinance, the Governor in Council has prescribed the following-
commencement.
1. This notice may be cited as the Estate Duty (Forms) Citation and Notice 1970, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of Fanuary 1971.
2 (1) Form 1 in the Schedule shall be the form of Affidavit for the Commissioner,
(2) Form 2 in the Schedule shall be the form of Account for the Commissioner.
3. The Forms cotitled, respectively. “AFFIDAVIT FOR THE COMMISSIONER” and “ACCOUNT FOR THE COM- MISSIONER", which were-
(a) prescribed by the Governor in Council and published in the Gazette under Legal Notice number 157 of 1967; and
(6) printed in the 1967 Edition of the Laws, as subsidiary legislation to the Ordinance, under the heading "PRE- SCRIPTION OF FORMS UNDER SECTION 3(1)";
and
(c) subsequently set out in the First Schedule to the Estate
Duty (Validation of Forms) Ordinance 1968,

For use to disclose all property passing on the death (whether it devolves on the personal representative or not) and property of which the deceased was a truster for another person.
