These regulations prescribe the Eces payable to the Land Officer in respect of the exercise by him of his functions under the Ordinance.

(Chapter 316).
CENSUS (NO. 3) ORDER 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Census Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Census (No. 3) Order 1970.

In this order, unless the context otherwise requires--- "manufacturing establishment" includes any establishment at
which there is carried on—
Interpretation.
(2) the manufacture of food for human or animal consump- tion including slaughtering, preparation, preserving.
canning, bottling, refining and milling:
(b) the manufacture of beverages, including distilling, rectify-
ing and blending:
(c) the manufacture of tobacco;
(d) the manufacture of textiles, carpets, rope, twine, sisal or other fibres, including gioning, spinning, weaving, knit- ting, bleaching, dyeing and finishing:
(e) the manufacture of wearing apparel and made-up textile
goods;
(f) the manufacture of leather and leather products, includ-
ing tanning and finishing,
(g) the manufacture of footwear;
(5) the manufacture of wood and wood products, including sawmilling, planing, furniture, fixtures and fittings;
(i) the manufacture of paper and paper products, including printing, publishing, bookbinding, paper cutting, photo- engraving and typesetting:
(i) the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products;
(k) the manufacture of products of petroleum and coal, in-
cluding refining,
() the manufacture of rubber products:
(m) the manufacture of plastic products;
(n) the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products, other
than products of petroleum or coal;
