FIRE SERVICES ORDINANCE.

FIRE SERVICES (AMENDMENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 26 of the Fire Services Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Fire Services (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations 1970.
1. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in Form 3 by deleting the final paragraph thereof and substituting the following-
"Now on proof here had before me/us that the fire bazard is such as to render the premises (describe the some) situate al
(insert such description of the situation as may be sufficient to identify the premises) unfit in my/our judgment for such use as is specified hereunder. 1/we in pursuance of sub- section (4) of section 9 of the Fire Serviers Ordinance, do hereby prohibit the use of the-sald premises for such use follows, that is to say, weeks)

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended ro indicare their general purport).
These regulations amend the Fire Hazard Order (Form 3) in the Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance so as to widen the scope of the closing order contained therein. A closing order may now prohibit such use of premises, where a fire hazard exists, as is specified in the order.
