EMERGENCY REGULATIONS (REPEAL) (NO. 2)
ORDER 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, the Governor in Council bas made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Emergency Regulations (Repeal) (No. 2) Order 1970.
2. The Emergency (Agricultural-Poïŝons) Regulations/ are repealed.
Citation.
Repeal of Emergency (Agricultural Poisons) Regulations.

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the order, bur is intended
to indicate its general purport).
This order repeals the Emergency (Agricultural Poisons) Regulations
which are no longer required because of similar regulations made under
the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, Chapter 138.
