Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance on the 8th day of April 1970.
Resolved, pursuant to section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, that the Funeral Parlour (Amendment) By-laws 1970, made by the Urban Council on the 3rd day of March 1970 under section 123 of thai Ordinance, be approved.
