PRACTISING CERTIFICATE (AMENDMENT) RULES 1970,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the following rules.
1. These rules may be cited as the Practising Certificate (Amendment) Rules 1970.

Citation.
Amendment of
The Schedule to the principal rules is amended in Form 1 by deleting "the Incorporated" în paragraph (3) and substituting Schedule the following-
"The".

On the 5th May 1969 the Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong changed its name to The Law Society of Hong Kong. The Schedule to the principal rules is amended by substituting the new name of the Society.
