Explanatory Note.

The Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Ordinance 1968 substituted the term "accounladi's report" for "accountant's certißcale", These rule amend the principal rules to conform with the wording of the Ordinance.
On the 5th May 1969 the lacorporated Law Society of Hong Kong changed its name to The Law Society of Hong Kong. The forms in the First Schedule to the principal rules are amended by substituting the new name of the Society.

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 159).
ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) RULES 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the following rules--
1. These rules may be cited as the Admission and Registra- Citation. tion (Amendment) Rules 1970.

The Schedule to the principal rules is amended-
(a) in Form I by deleting "Incorporated":
(b) in Form 2-
(i) by deleting "the Incorporated" in the expression "the Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong” in para- graph (1) and substituting the following-
"The"; and
(ii) by deleting "Incorporated" in the expression "The Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" at the end of the form:
in Form 3-
(i) by deleting "the Incorporated" in the expression "the Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" and sub- stituting the following-
""The"; and
(i) by deleting "Incorporated" in the expression "The Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" at the end of the form.
