CHANGE OF TITLE OF PERSON.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 55 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor hereby declares a change in the title of the person specified in
the first column of the Schedule to the title specified in the second column of the Schedule with effect from the 2nd day of January 1970.
