164A. The licensing authority, after consulting the Building Authority, the Director of Fire Services and, in the case of a vessel, the Director of Marine,

(8) add to or substitute further or other condi- tions, in respect of any licence issued under this Part.".
Regulation 165 of the principal regulations is amended
by inserting after "boxing" the following-
"or wrestling”.
5. Rogulation 169 of the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the following-
"Right of entry.
169. The licensing authority, any police officer of or above the rank of inspector, the Building Authority and any public officer authorized by him, the Director of Fire Services and any fire services officer authorized by him, any health inspector and, in the case of water- borne craft, the Director of Marine and any public officer authorized by him, may enter at any time any place in respect of which an application for a licence has been received by the licensing authority or a licence has been issued in order to inspect the same for the purposes of the Ordinance.”.
6. The principal regulations are amended by adding after regulation 170 the following new regulation-
"Transfer of licences.
170A. The licensing authority may, subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, permit the transfer of a licence to another person; and such transfer sball be endorsed on the licence.".
7. Regulation 177 of the principal regulations is revoked.

Amendment of Schedule.

The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended- (a) in Form 1 by deleting the warning contained therein and
substituting the following-
"WARNING.
(a) In addition to this licence you are required by section 8 of the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance. Cap. 172, to obtain a permit from
the Commissioner of Police. It is an offence to advertise, present or carry on any public enter- tainment without a permit.
(b) If this licence is in respect of a cinematograph display the film and every poster, picture and figure to be exhibited and the text of every advertisement must be approved for exhibition under the Film Censorship Regulations.";
(6) in Form 2-
(i) by inserting, after "is hereby permitted to", the following-
"advertise,*:
(ii) by deleting the warning contained therein;
(c) by adding, after Form 2, the following new form--
