13. The Eighth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting, in the third and fourth columns thereof, the following-

"Public Latrines By-laws.

Section 35.".

14. The Ninth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, after "112(1) or (2) $200 fine

15. For the removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that the Public Conveniences (Conduct and Behaviour) By-laws shall be deemed to have been made pursuant to section 35 of the principal Ordinance as amended by this Ordinance.

16. The Private Cemeteries By-laws shall be deemed to have been made pursuant to paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of section 116 of the principal Ordinance as amended by this Ordinance as if that paragraph, as so amended, had been in force when those by-laws were made.
