An Ordinance to amend further the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, to remove doubt as to the validity of the Public Conventences (Conduct and Behaviour) By-laws and to validate the Private Cemeteries By-laws.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) by deleting the definition of "health officer";
(6) by inserting, after the definition of "offensive trade", the

*"owner" includes a person holding premises direct from the Crown whether under lease, licence or otherwise, a mortgagee in possession and a
