An Ordinance to amend the Penicillin Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Penicillin (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1969.
Short title.
Amendment of
2 The long title of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "penicillin and certain other substances" and substituting long title. therefor the following-
"certain antibiotic substances".
3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "Penicillin Ordinance" and substituting therefor the following-
