An Ordinance to amend further the Road Traffic Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance 1969, and shall come into operation on
a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in subsection (1)—–—
(i) by deleting the definition of "car" and substituting the following-
*"car" means any motor vehicle, other than-
(a) a goods vehicle;
(b) an omnibus;
(c) a light bus:
