An Ordinance to provide that references in any Ordinance to the Hong Kong Police Force and the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force shall be read as references to the Royal Hong Kong Police Force and the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force respectively.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Forces (Change
of Title) Ordinance 1969.
2. Any references in any Ordinance to-
(a) the Hong Kong Police Force; or (b) the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force;
shall be read respectively as references to-
the Royal Hong Kong Police Force; or (ii) the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force.
