An Ordinance to amend further the Stamp Ordinance.

[27th February, 1969.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Ordinance 1969, and shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 27th day of February 1969.

2. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

3. Section 6A of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "has the meaning assigned thereto in subsection (2) of section 6" and substituting the following-

"means any estate or interest in land”.

4. Section 33A of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (b) of subsection (3) by deleting "section 6 and",
