An Ordinance to amend the Infants Custody Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Infants Custody (Amendment) Ordinance 1958, and shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 7th day of June 1968.
Short title and COTTUDANCEMENT.
Amendment of
1. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (6) of the proviso to subsection (1) by deleting "thirty" section 5. and substituting therefor the following-

"one hundred and twenty".
