An Ordinance to amend further the Prevention of Corruption
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-

conjunction with any other person, corruptly solicits or receives or agrees to receive, for himself, or for any other person, any gift, loan, fee, reward or ad- vantage whatever as an inducement to, or reward for, or otherwise on account of any member, officer or servant of a public body-
(a) doing or forbearing to do;
