Amendment.
(1) Section 26 is amended by deleting "or justice of the peace" and substituting the following-
Justics of the peace or gazetted police officer",
(2) The Schedule is amended by inserting the following after "Justice of Peace"-
"/Gatened Police Officer".
(1) Section 11 is amended by deleting for a justice of the peace" and substituling the following-
*. » justice of the peace, the Commandant, a regular gazetted police officer or a gazolted officer of or above the rank of sendar superintendent",
(2) The Schedule is amended by deleting "Magistrate/ Justice of the Peace.”.
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 13th day of March)` 1968, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

An Ordinance to amend further the Dentists Registration
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dentists Registration Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.
1 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by-..
(c) inserting after the definition of "certificate of registration”
the following definitions-
"Chairman" means the chairman of the Council
established under section 4:
"complainant" means any person from whom a com- plaint against, or information in respect of a registered dentist or an applicant for registration has been received by the Secretary in accordance with regulations made under section 29;":
