An Ordinance to walidate certain forms used between the 26th day of February 1932 and the 13th day of October 1967 for the purposes of the Estate Duty Ordinance.

WHEREAS (a) by section 28 of the Estate Duty Ordinance (bereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) which came into operation on the 26th day of February 1932, the Governor in Council was empowered to make such rules, prescribe such forms and generally do such things as he thinks expedient for regulating the practice under the Ordinance; (b) doubts have arisen as to whether such forms were pre- scribed as aforesaid by reason of the fact that no record of any such prescription can now be found: (c) the forms set out in the First and Second Schedules were prescribed by the Governor in Council on the 10th day of October 1967 and were published in the Gazette as Legal Notices numbered respectively 157 and 158 of 1967
