An Ordinance to amend further the Motor Vehicles Insurance
(Third Party Risks) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.
(2) Section 3 shall come into operation on the 1st day of August 1968.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended, in the proviso to subsection (1), by deleting "two hundred thousand” and substituting the following-
"four hundred thousand”.
