An Ordinance to amend further the Holidays Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Holidays (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1968.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f) and substitut
ing therefor the following-
Me) Lunar New Year's Day:
(d) the second day of Lunar New Year;
(e) the third day of Lunar New Year:
() in a year in which Lunar New Year's Day or the second day of Lunar New Year or the third day of the Lunar New Year is a Sunday, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year;"; and
(6) by deleting “Day" from paragraph (p).
