The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, that for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the proviso to section 28 of the said Ordinance the rate shall be 3 per cent per annum with affect from the 1st day of April 1968.
