The Colonial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to subsection (3) of section 3 of the
Pensions Ordinance, that the Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 1967 made by the Governor in Council on the 2nd day of February 1967 under subsection (1) of section 3 of that Ordinance, be approved,
(2) Telephone Ordinance
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (2) of section 26 of the Telephone Ordinance, that the Schedule to the said Ordinance be amended
(a) in Part IV, by inserting the following new items
after item 20 –
"21. For re-connecting a telephone $20.
disconnected for non-payment
of charges
22. For a thunderstorm and heavy
rain vaming service
$20 per annum." ;
