(b) any television viewing screen, as defined in paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of that expression in paragraph 2: (c) a portable television viewing screen installed in a vessel
or motor vehicle owned by him.
4. (1) The Authority shall decide whether or not any premises are domestic premises for the purpose of this order.
(2) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under sub-paragraph (1) may appeal therefrom to the Governor. who may confirm or reverse such decision.
5. The Telecommunication Exemption (Rediffusion vision Subscribers) Order is cancelled.
INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES
ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 1).
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of sec- tion 4 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor hereby orders-
(a) that the Definition of "British Territory" Notice shall be
amended by deleting therefrom the following- "'Swaziland";
(b) that the Definition of "Commonwealth" Notice shall be amended by adding after "State of Singapore" the following-
"Swaziland".

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general purport).
The effect of this order is to exempt, from the requirement to obtain a licence under section 8 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, a subscriber to the Rediffusion Television Service who bas--
(a) a television viewing screen connected to the Rediffusion tele
vision service;
(b) a television viewing screen connected to the Rediffusion tele- vision service which is capable of receiving Rediffusion and broadcast television:
(c) any number of broadcast television viewing screens kept within a domestic premises to which a Rediffusion television distribution station is connected;
(d) any number of portable television viewing screens kept within a
domestic premises; and
(e) a portable television viewing screco installed in a vessel or motor
vehicle owned by the subscriber,
2 In consequence of the provisions outlined in paragraph 1, rub- scriber to the Rediffusion Television Service who keeps his screent in domestic premises or on a vessel or motor vehicle will pay one licence fee through Rediffusion irrespective of the number of viewing screens be bas.
3. This order cancels the cxisting Telecommunication Exemption (Rediffusion Television Subscribers) Order and re-cuacts it with substantial modifications.
