Notwithstanding anything in these regulations or the principal regulations the monthly rent payable in respect of accom- modation of the type set out in the Schedule hereto for any period of the tenancy which is between the 1st day of November 1968 and the 31st day of March 1969, both such days inclusive, shall be the sum set out in the seventh column of the Schedule hereto as being the monthly rent payable in respect of such accom- modation.
