FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (DESIGNATED COMMON- WEALTH COUNTRIES) ORDER 1968.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967, the Governor, with the approval of the Secretary of State, has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Fugitive Offenders (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order 1968, and shall come into operation on 23rd February 1968.
2. The countries specified in the Schedule are hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967.
