EMERGENCY (CLOSED AREAS) (HOK YUEN POWER STATION) ORDER 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 3 of the Emergency (Closed Areas) Regulations 1967. the Governor has made the following order :-
1. This order may be cited as the Emergency (Closed Areas) (Hok Yuen Power Station) Order 1967.
Citation.
Declaration of
2. It is hereby declared that Kowloon Marine Lots 93 and 100. on which the Hok Yuen Power Station of the China Light closed area. and Power Company Limited is situated, are hereby declared to be a closed area.
3.
For the purposes of paragraph (1) of regulation 4 of the Emergency (Closed Areas) Regulations 1967, the persons specified in the Schedule are prescribed as persons by or on behalf of whom authority to enter or be in the area closed by paragraph 2 may be given.
4. For the purposes of paragraph (1) of regulation 5 of the Emergency (Closed Areas) Regulations 1967, the General Manager of the China Light and Power Company Limited is pre- scribed as a person who may cause the area closed by paragraph 2 to be closed by the erection of barriers or otherwise.

SCHEDULE
A Station Superintendent at the Hok Yuen Power Station.
A Senior Charge Engineer at the Hok Yuen Power Station.
