GOVERNMENT LOTTERIES ORDINANCE, (Chapter 334).
GOVERNMENT LOTTERIES (AMENDMENT) RULES 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Government Lotteries Ordinance, the Governor has made the following rules
L These rules may be cited as the Government Lotteries (Amendment) Rules 1967 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Government Latteries (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.
2 Rule 5 of the principal rules is amended by inserting the following new paragraph after paragraph (3)—
"{(4) A ticket in a lottery shall be eligible for more than one prize.".
3. Paragraph (b) of rule 7 is amended by deleting "six months" and substituting the following-

"two years".
Rule 8 is amended by deleting the words after "forfeited" and substituting the following-
"to the Lotteries Fund.".
5. Any prize in a lottery drawn prior to the commencement of the Government Lotteries (Amendment) Ordinance 1967 which has not been claimed prior to that date shall be paid into the Lotteries Fund as soon as practicable after that date, and if no claim for payment of that prize is made within two years after that date the same shall be forfeited to the Lotteries Fund.
