Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the Proclamation, but is intended

to indicate its general purport).

The Enemy Property Legislation Repeal Ordinance (Cap. 345) repeals the Alien Enemies (Winding Up) Ordinance (Cap. 62) and the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance 1914 (Cap. 188), the reference thereto having been corrected by the Revised Edition of the Laws (Correction of Error) Order 1967 (LN, 28 of 1967). The latter two Ordinances are replaced by the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance (Cap. 346)—–—–—see L.N. 62 of 1967.
