INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ORDINANCE 1966.

DELEGATION BY GOVERNOR.
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 63 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance 1966, the Governor has delegated from the 5th day of April 1967 any person holding the office mentioned in the first column of the Schedule bereto, being an office designated by him, to exercise such powers or perform such duties on his behalf as are conferred or imposed upon him by the section of the Ordinance mentioned opposite in the second column of the Schedule bereto.
