TELECOMMUNICATION (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 1967.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Tek- communication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations→

1. These regulations may be cited as the Telecommunication (Amendment) Regulations 1967.

(a) in item 7, in the third column, by deleting "$20" and

substituting therefor the following-

"Nil."; and

(8) in item 8, in the third coluran, by deleting "$100+$20 for cach guest room fitted with receiving apparatus" and substituting therefor the following

Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the regularians, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

These regulations amend the Telecommunication Regulations (herein- after referred to as the principal regulations), so as to provide that the fees prescribed in items 7 and 8 of the First Schedule to the principal regulations for sound broadcast receiving station licences will no longer be payable.
