RESETTLEMENT ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 304).
RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENTŸ” REGULATIONS 1967,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettlement Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations——
1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) Regulations 1967.
2. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following after "estate”-
*. a cottage resettlement area".
3. The principal regulations are amended by adding the following new regulation after regulation 12-
"Charges for installation of circuli breakers in factory premises.
13. The charge payable under subsection (2) or (3) of section 35C of the Ordinance by a tenant shall be thirty dollars for each ampere of the capacity of each circuit breaker installed by a competent authority.".
4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amend- ed by deleting paragraph () of condition 1 of the General Con- ditions of Tenancy in Form 3A, in both the English and Chinese versions, and substituting therefor respectively the following-
"
pay such charges for the resetting or repair of the circuit breakers fitted on or in the premises às the competent authority may consider proper.";

5. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is
amended by deleting Parts II and IV and substituting therefor the following-
