PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 138).
POISONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amend- mem) Regulations 1967.
2. The First List to the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following at the end-
"Hydroxy-N, N-dimethyltryptamines; their esters or
ethers; any salt derived from any of these Lysergide (N. N-Diethyl-D-lysergamide, LSD-25); its
salts
Mescaline; its salts",
3. The Second List to the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following at the end of Group II-
"Mescaline; its salts
Living plants".
4. The Third List to the principal regulations is amended
by inserting the following at the end-
"Hydroxy-N. N-dimethyltryptamines; their eaters or
ethers; any salt derived from any of these
Lysergide (N, N-Diethyl-D-lysergamide, LSD-25); its
salts
Mescaline: its salts",
