An Ordinance to amend further the Immigration (Control and

Offences) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Control and Offences) (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.

Short title.

You Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting the definition of "Director" and substituting therefor the following-

"Director" means the Director of Immigration and, save where the expression "Director of Immigration" is used. also means any assistant director of immigration, any principal immigration inspector and any chief immigra tion inspector;".
