An Ordinance to amend the Dogs and Cats Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dogs and Cats (Amendment) Ordinance 1967, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette. 1. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the definition of "officer of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries".
3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by— (a) deleting paragraph (†) of subsection (1) and substituting
the following
"() the fees payable on the grant or renewal of any licence or permit under this Ordinance:”:
(b) deleting the semicolon at the end of paragraph (d) of
subsection (2) and substituting a full stop; and
(c) deleting paragraph (e) of subsection (2),
