An Ordinance to amend the Births and Deaths Registration

Ordinance.

[14th July, 1967.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.

2. Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (b) by deleting "and including a statement as to whether any, and if so what, anaesthetic was administered during the said illness and, if so, how long before death it was administered.".

3. Subsection (2) of section 23 of the principal Ordinance is deleted.
