(2) The fee charged under the proviso to subsection (1) shall-
(d) be in respect of the year commencing on the Ist day of July 1966 and coding on the 30th day of June 1967, and thereafter in respect of every period of one year ending on the 30th day of June: and

(b) not exceed two and a half per cent of the annual
income of the fund.".
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which pawed the Legislative Council on the 6th day of July, 1966, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

An Ordinance further to amend the Resettlement Ordinance 1958.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1966.
2. The Resettlement Ordinance 1958 (hereinafter referred to as Addition of the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition, after section 35B, De section of the following new section-
(16 of 1958),
"Installation
of circult breakers in factory
promises.
35C. (1) A competent authority may at any time install on or in any premises let by factory tenancy card or by tenancy card under this Ordinance and used as a factory such circuit breakers as he considers necessary, and may, whenever he considers it necessary, install another circuit breaker, whether of the same or some other capacity, on
