An Ordinance further to amend the Mining Ordinance 1954.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mining (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1966.
of section 68.
2. Section 68 of the Mining Ordinance [954 is amended by the Amendment insertion in paragraph (d) of subsection (1), after "payment thereof"". of the following-
(33 of 1954),
