Mr. P.C.M. Sudgwick to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, in exorcise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955, that the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Notification of Occupational Diacases) Regulations 1965, nadu by the Commissioner of Labour on the 3rd day of March, 1965 under soction 5 of the said Ordinance, be approved.
