5. Paragraph (6) of regulation 7 of the principal regulations is amended by the insertion, after "each member", of the following--
"who has considered the matter”,

These regulations effect minor amendments to the principal regulations, Regulation 2 provides for a revised dednition, made necessary by the General Orders of the Hong Kong Government having been superseded by Regulations.
Regulations 3 and 4 amend references made necessary by the recebi salaries increase, and regulation 4 also clarifies a provision i regulation 4 al the principal regulations.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 16 of the Companies (Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance 1959, on the 21st day of December, 1966.
Resolved, pursuant to section 16 of the Companies (Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance 1959, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st Jaquary, 1967.
