(Chapter 138).
POISONS LIST (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1966.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Pharmacy
and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--
1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons List (Amend- Citation.
ment) Regulations 1966.
2. Part I of the Poisons List is amended-
Atendiment of Part I. (Vol. X.
(a) by the deletion of "Dimethyl-dichlorovinyl-phosphate"; and (b) by the insertion in the item specifying phosphorus compounds, P. 100.
after "Bis-dimethylaminophosphorous anhydride", of the following-
"Dichlorvos".
3. Part II of the Poisons List is amended by the deletion of Amendmean t the words "Preparations, solutions, or admixtures, containing not more of Part II.
|than 0.3% of dimethyl-dichlorovinyl-phosphate, commonly known as
D.D.V.P." and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Dichlorvos--
(a) impregnated materials containing not more than 25% by
weight of dichlorvos in a resinous or plastic base, or
(6) liquid preparations, solutions, or admixtures, containing
aot more than 20% by weight of dichlorvos, or
(c) aerosols containing not more than 1% by weight of
dichlorvos.".
