MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1966.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Medical Registration Ordinance 1957, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

2. (1) For the purposes of performing the functions investigation conferred upon it by these regulations, there shall be established a committee known as the Preliminary Investi- gation Committee consisting of→
(a) ono member of the Council elected by the Council, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee:
(b) one registered medical practitioner ordinarily resident in the Colony, who is not a member of the Council, nominated by the Hong Kong Branch of the British Medical Association and appointed by the Director; and
(e) one registered medical practitioner ordinarily resident in the Colony, who is not a member of the Council, nominated by the Hong Kong Chinese Medical Association and appointed by the Director,
