applics equally to any person using a portabl receiver only, should his address be changed from that specified in the Licence.";
(A) in the form of Hotel or Club or Restaurant or Shop Broadcas
Receiving Licence-
(i) by the deletion of the beading thereof and the sub- stitution therefor of the following-
"HOTEL, CLUB OR RESTAURANT BROADCAST RECEIVING LICENCE."; and
(ii) in that part of the licence immediately following the beading-
A. by the deletion of the word "RENEWABLE” and the
substitution therefor of the following-
"DATE OF EXPIRY"; and
B. by the deletion of the following-
"FEE ON RENEWAL:"***
(0) in the form of Experimental Station Licence-
(i) by the insertion, after clause 6 of the conditions co- tained therein, of the following new clause-
"6A. The Licensee sball-
(a) give notice promptly in writing to the Telecom-
munications Authority of any change-
(i) of his address; or
(ii) of the location of the premises where the equipment to which the Licence relates i operated; and
(5) when giving any notice mentioned in paragraph |
(a), return this Licence to the said Authority for amendment."; and
(i) by the deletion of the Schedule;
() in the form of Mobile Radio System Fixed Station Licence, by the insertion in clause 13 of the conditions contained there- in, after the words "comprised in the Licence", of the following-
"and whenever any such change occurs this Licence and the Schedule must be returned promptly to the Telecom- munications Authority for amendment.";
(k) in the form of Aeronautical V.H.F. Station Licence, by the deletion of clause 11 of the conditions contained therein and the substitution therefor of the following-
"1. The Licensee shall-
(a) give notice promptly in writing to the Telecom-
munications Authority-
(i) of any change of his address;
(ii) of any proposed change in the station; or (ii) of any proposed change of the place at which the station is installed; and
(b) return this Licence and the Schedule to the said Authority for amendment when giving the notice mentioned in sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph (2) or when the change referred to in sub-paragraph (i) or (iii) of paragraph (4) has been effected";
(D) in the form of Radiophone Communication (Fixed) Station Licence, by the insertion, after subclause (vi) of clause 5 of the conditions contained therein, of the following new sub- clause
"(vii) The Licensee shall-
(a) give notice promptly in writing to the Telecom-
munications Authority-
() of any change of his address;
(ii) of any proposed change in the station; or
(iii) of any proposed change of the place at which the station is installed; and
(b) return this Licence and the Schedule to the said Authority for amendment when giving the notics mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) of para- graph (a), or when the change referred to in sub-paragraph (ii) or (iii) of paragraph (0) has been effected.";
(ơ) in the form of Radiophone Communication (Mobile) Station Licence, by the insertion, after subclause (vi) of clause 5 of the conditions contained therein, of the following new sub- clause-
"(vii) The Licensee shall-
(a) give notice promptly in writing to the Telecom-
munications Authority—
(i) of any change of his address:
(ii) of any proposed change in the station; or
