(c) the name and address of each person who has lodged a notice |

of objection in accordance with regulation 13. and the voter's number, name and address of each person to whose registration as an elector such notice of objection relates: (d) the name and address of each person who has lodged an appl

cation in accordance with regulation 13 for inclusion in the final register and whose application has been objected to in accordance with regulation 15, together with the name and address of the person who has objected to the application a aforesaid; and

(e) the name and address of cach person who has lodged a notic of change of polling station in accordance with regulation 13.

21. Every matter, which is to be determined by the revising officer under theso regulations, shall be determined before the expiration of the period prescribed in section 20 of the Ordinance for the performance by the revising officer of his duties, but, subject as aforesaid, the hearing and determination of any such matter may, in the discretion of the revising officer, be adjourned from time to time, but the hearing shall so far as is practicable consistently with the interests of justice in respect of the hearing, be continued from day to day on every lawful day until its conclusion.

22. At any time before the expiration of the period prescribed in section 20 of the Ordinance for the performance by him of his duties, the revising officer may, on his own initiative or, for good cause showp. on the application of the registration officer, an assistant registration officer or any other person concerned in any matter previously determined by the revising officer under these regulations within the same period as aforesaid, review his decision in such matter, and for this purpose may re-open and re-hear the matter wholly or in part, and take fresh evidence, and reverse, vary or confirm his previous decision

23. As soon as is convenient after the conclusion of the B hearing in respect of claims, objections and applications (if any) made under these regulations in the year 1966 and in any case not later than the 16th day of January 1967, and as soon as is convenient after the conclusion of the last hearing in respect of claims, objections and applications (if any) made under these regulations in the year 1968 and in any subsequent year in which a provisional register has been compiled in accordance with these regulations and in any case not lata than the 16th day of October of the same year, the revising officer shali send to the registration officer a list of the following-

(a) persons who claimed to be registered as electors and whose

claims have been allowed by the revising officer;

(b) persons who claimed to be registered as electors and whose

claims have been disallowed by the revising officer:

(c) persons to whose inclusion in the final register objection has been made under regulation 13 and the objection has been allowed by the revising officer;

(d) persons to whose inclusion in the final register objection has been made under regulation 13 and the objection has been disallowed by the revising officer:

(e) persons who applied to have their entitlement to vote trans- ferred to other polling stations and whose applications have been allowed by the revising officer; and

( persons who applied to have their entitlement to vote trans- ferred to other polling stations and whose applications have bean disallowed by the revising officer.

FINAL REGISTER.

24. As soon as is convenient after the receipt from the revising Preparation officer of the list referred to in regulation 23 the registration officer of final register. shall prepare the final register which shall consist of the provisional register—–—–

(a) with the addition thereto of the names of all persons whose claims to be registered have been allowed by him or by the revising officer; and

(b) with the removal therefrom of all the names in respect of which objections have been allowed by the revising officer; and (C) with such further amendments as are necessary to give effect to the decision of the revising officer in respect of all applica- tions, made by persons to have their entitlement to vote transferred to other polling stations, which the revising officer has allowed.

25.
