MINING (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1966,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 568 of the Mining Ordinance 1954, the Governor in Council has made the following regula- tions...

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining (General) Contion. (Amendment) Regulations 1966.

(2) in sub-paragraph (z) of paragraph (1), by the insertion, after

the words "the class or classes of", of the following- "specified":

(b) in sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph (1), by the insertion, after

the words "proposes to store any", of the following-

"specified"; and

(c) in paragraph (2), by the insertion, after the words "any

application", of the following-

Regulation 24 of the principal regulations is amended-

(2) by the insertion, after the word "All", of the following--
